Lorry Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 3-ton lorry to transport goods to designated locations safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of items before delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes while meeting delivery deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, road safety, and company driving policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (fuel, tires, cleanliness, etc.).
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain proper delivery documentation, including delivery orders and customer acknowledgments.
• Provide good customer service and represent the company professionally during deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse / logistics tasks when required.
