1) Job function for Planner Exec :

Production Planning

Develop and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for machine assembly and parts fabrication.

  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of components.
  • Plan production orders according to machine complexity, delivery timelines, and capacity.

Optimize resource allocation (manpower, machines, tools) to meet production targets.

Material & Inventory Control

Monitor Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and completeness for each project.

  • Work closely with the purchasing team to secure raw materials, mechanical / electrical parts, and outsourced components.
  • Maintain inventory levels (avoid shortages and overstock).
  • Forecast material demand based on confirmed and projected sales orders.

    Project Coordination

    Liaise between sales, design, production, and quality departments to align schedules with customer requirements.

  • Track project progress, highlight risks (delays, shortages), and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of packing machines to clients.

    Scheduling & Monitoring

    Issue weekly / daily production schedules to shopfloor supervisors.

  • Monitor production progress and update google sheet.
  • Identify bottlenecks and reschedule to minimize downtime.
  • Balance workload between fabrication, assembly, and testing departments.

    Cost & Efficiency Management

    Plan production in a way that minimizes costs (overtime, material wastage, idle time).

  • Ensure efficient utilization of machines and manpower.
  • Support continuous improvement (5S) in planning and processes.

    Documentation & Reporting

    Maintain accurate production planning records in google sheet

  • Prepare reports on production performance, order fulfillment, and material status.
  • Provide regular updates to management on schedule adherence.

    Quality & Compliance

    Coordinate with Quality Control to schedule inspections and testing.

  • Ensure planning activities comply with ISO / industry standards.
  • Support audits by providing production records.
  • 2)Job function for Purchasing Exec :

  • To perform purchasing administrative duties include planning, calling tender,  issuing and following up on purchase order and delivery schedules.
  • To follow up with vendors to ensure materials & invoices are delivered on time and in accordance to the specification
  • To manage material stock level in accordance to the guidelines and to ensure the stock level is fulfilling the requirement.
  • To handle delivery, receiving, and distribution of material to warehouse and the food chain store.
  • Job Requirement :

    Candidate with Diploma in Purchasing, Business Admin, Supply Chain management or equivalent is an added advantage;
