Job Description
As a bilingual Content Moderator, you will examine user-generated content for and to identify content that violates platform guidelines. You are also expected to :
Responsibilities
- Content Review : Examine user-generated content, such as text, images, videos, or other media, to ensure compliance with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal standards.
- Policy Enforcement : Identify and remove content that violates rules, such as hate speech, spam, explicit material, or misinformation.
- Escalation Handling : Flag or elevate sensitive or complex cases to senior moderators or specialized teams for further review.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain high accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions to ensure fairness and alignment with platform standards.
- User Interaction : Respond to user appeals regarding moderation actions, providing clear explanations for decisions when required.
- Data Analysis : Monitor content trends and patterns to identify emerging risks or recurring issues and suggest improvements to policies.
- Crisis Management : Handle high-risk or real-time scenarios involving harmful or dangerous content swiftly and effectively.

24 hours rotational shifts | 5 working days in a week
