Responsibilities
- In charge of human resources (HR) function as follows :
- Lead the HR function, assign, monitor, and review the HR & Admin Assistant’s work.
- Full Cycle of Recruitment & Payroll.
- Employee relations, benefits & welfare; update employee handbook, org charts, policies, and align with Malaysian labour law.
- Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB / CP38, HRDF, EA forms, Form E); handle audits / inspections; liaise with authorities.
- Plan, assist in and review setting employees’ key performance goals and tasks from time to time.
- Review cycles & organize training programs, submission of HRDF training grants etc.
- Planning and execution of company events and employee related programs.
- Document controller of all company correspondences, agreements, various reports, and legal documents.
- Point of liaison with department heads, directors, external solicitors, bankers, company secretary, shareholders, and other relevant stakeholders of the company.
- Provide support for company IT solutions and software implementation / enhancement initiatives.
- Other implied or expressed duties required by the company.
Director’s Office
Provide assistance in relation to directors' office, such as : a) Updating, scheduling, and arranging of meetings, presentations and appointments including booking or meeting room. b) Minutes taking for management and other relevant meetings as required by director. c) Liaison and follow-up with internal and external parties on work related matters. d) Co-ordination with driver as and when required by director. e) Booking and arranging travel, transport and logistic for director.Receive, general review, monitor & co-ordinate movements of documents in and out of director's office.Responsible for preparing letter correspondences and business proposals as and when required.Perform various relevant analysis and research work for director with recommendations.Other implied or expressed duties required by the company.Unlock job insights
