Marketing Coordinator

Position : Marketing Co-Ordinator

• Helping with sales-related matters, enter new orders and track orders.
• Supporting sales through generation and follow-up of sales leads.
• Takes note of feedback and gathers data to improve sales target.
• Works closely with team members to monitor sales activities through timely follow-up of information.
• In close contact with the team members and assists apply the latest technology to improve operations in areas of work.
• Assist in customer inquiry and complaints.
• Assist in customer’s orders processing with accuracy and correct delivery expectation.
• Maintain buyers' data to support tracking of buyers and opportunities.
• Report buyers' dissatisfaction of products.
• Support work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
• Assist in delivery by courier as and when required by customers.
• Following up the production progress and help to arrange outbound shipment;
• Following up outbound shipment progress and providing status updates to customers;
• Perform any Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time
