Position Responsibilities Main Copywriter across Brand Assets -Develop and refine brand messaging across campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and retail communications. -Adapt global brand voice to resonate authentically with local audiences while maintaining consistency. -Ideate and develop a various assortment of materials such as brand film storyboards, marketing collaterals and brand system kits. Understanding of Placements -Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ideate and execute concepts that are both strategic and creatively engaging. -Review and edit copy for clarity, grammar, and brand alignment. Strong Command of Local Language -Prior proven experience of executing materials in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Guide local teams to write in English and brand’s one of voice, yet allowing localization to occur based on local team’s Marketing insight. Brand Systems -Conduct cultural and linguistic research to localize content appropriately for each target market within the region. -Lead the development of proprietary brand assets such as seasonal product names across store concepts. Stakeholder Collaboration -Partner with designers and art directors to ensure strong visual-verbal synergy in creative output. -Work cross-functionally with regional business leaders, marketing, communications, and product teams. -Present and articulate creative strategies and concepts to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
