Excavator Technician (Mandarin Speaker)

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably candidates specialize in Engineering - Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.

Preferable those with experience in heavy industry / maintenance.

Able to communicate and receive instructions in Chinese & English (simple / basic communication will do).

Has basic knowledge of computer.

Able to work in a team.

Responsibility

• Repair machinery and other components of the machines
• Understand technical problem effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses
• To maintain own area of responsibility in term of housekeeping and EHS while working as a team or individually
• To assist on increasing the efficiency & reliability of machines
• Repair and installation of machinery and equipment
• Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• To ensure all work is carried out according to the safety regulation and industry quality standard
• Perform service request related to client platforms
• To become more effective in problem solving by on the job training
• Submit service reports on time
• Able to follow service team to do on site job
• Able to work together with the Sales Team for customers' satisfaction
