Job Description

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping : Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring timely and accurate financial transaction processing and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and delivering insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Cash Flow Management : Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations, and implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, and proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, support budgeting processes, and provide financial guidance to department heads.
• Audit Support : Coordinate internal and external audits, provide necessary documentation, and implement audit recommendations to enhance financial processes.
• Production Costing : Allocate budgets for business activities, monitor and control costs, and perform cost analysis to identify savings and improve cost efficiency.
