Purchasing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive, located in Simpang Ampat. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Daily tasks include negotiating with suppliers, maintaining accurate records of all transactions, and collaborating with the finance and inventory control teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
• Proficiency in Purchase Management and Procurement
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
