about the job
- Provide first and second line support for application issues, logging and tracking incidents.
- Conduct customer meetings to discuss their current issues and present potential solutions.
- Ensuring the application runs smoothly and identifying potential areas for improvement.
- When issues arise, performing root cause analysis to understand why an issue occurred implementing permanent fixes or workarounds to prevent recurrence.
- Assisting with testing and validating bug fixes or enhancements.
- Worked with software development team on reported errors and bugs on newly patched software and assisting in deployment of release fixes.

about the requirements
Preferably a degree / diploma holder in IT.Anyone with strong accounting who is interested in IT industry. You will learn the processes of IT industry.Experience working with systems OR knowledge in systems / technicalities is preferable, but not necessary.Ability to prioritise and multi-task.Able to work independently, committed, motivated, good working attitude, initiative and integrity.Able to lead a small team and speak to client independently with confidence.how to apply
