Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and mechatronic systems. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent). Experience with control systems, sensors, and actuators is an added advantage. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical and mechatronic components, systems, and assemblies.
- Create 2D and 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and design documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to validate designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, automation, and production engineers.
- Perform analysis such as stress, tolerance, and thermal analysis to optimize product performance.
- Ensure designs meet ISO, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing processes.
