Job Description

  • Develop relationship and networking with SMEs clients.
  • Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs client on the company profile.
  • Engage with SME’s customers via phone in promoting banking and SMEs related products.
  • Ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved.
  • Active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members within the team and department.

Job Requirements

  • SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-discipline and team player with integrity.
  • 2 - 3 years in the sales industry, preferably in a Telemarketing environment is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work under pressure, aggressive and result-oriented.
