Job Summary

As a Copywriter, you’ll turn briefs into powerful, concise messages across eDMs, push notifications, and inbox communications. You’ll shape the voice of CRM storytelling, finding fresh ways to connect with audiences while staying true to the brand tone. You’ll also help refine CRM copy guidelines, elevating the craft with every campaign.

Role

• Partner with creatives to ideate and produce impactful CRM campaigns across digital platforms.
• Write clear, engaging, and platform‑appropriate copy for eDMs, push notifications, and in‑app messages.
• Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and CMS partners to ensure creative integrity throughout execution.
• Support end‑to‑end CRM campaign delivery from ideation and drafting to production and optimisation.
• Contribute to the evolution of CRM copy guidelines by suggesting improvements to tone, structure, and readability.
• Manage your own workflow and timelines independently, gathering feedback and iterating with agility.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful campaign execution through effective written communication.
• Execute ideas from concept to completion in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
