Senior Civil Engineer - Penang

Overview

Arup Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our design consultancy team in Penang. You will contribute your expertise to a diverse range of civil engineering projects, working with talented professionals to shape the future of civil engineering. The role emphasizes sustainable design, strong technical skills, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Undertake strategic planning projects, including feasibility analysis, impact assessments, modelling and developing high-value strategies for clients across public and private sectors.
• Lead input on projects, ensuring work quality is maintained to the expected standard with technical input on a broad range of projects in civil engineering, master planning, transport, and related areas.
• Contribute to the technical leadership and coordination of small and medium sized projects, and be a key member of larger project groups.
• Provide support and mentoring for staff and allocation of tasks.
