Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, cashiers).Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints or feedback professionally.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams.Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations.Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements.Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.Assist in achieving sales and service targets.Benefits
