Packaging Operations
Manage performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of projectImprove packaging efficiency through Root Cause Analysis for mechanical failure as they occur for all 3 packaging linesDesign and Generate Standard Operating Procedure for specific machines to enhance the maintenance of the machines to introduce good manufacturing practiceData analysisEnsure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the companyCarry out other reasonable requests made by the manager to support departmental or company objectivesEnsure compliance with the Company\’s policies including Health & SafetyMaintenance
Carry out preventative maintenance and routine scheduling servicing in accordance with the COM and manufacturers recommendationsDeal with machine breakdowns and effect repairs to ensure minimum down timeTrouble shoot and fault find any defects on machines and carry out repairs as necessaryInvolve in line overhaul scheduling; work may be needed from time to timeInvolve maintenance document updating accordance COM requirementUpdating and maintaining accurate information on the company IT maintenance systemsManagement of maintenance & repair sub contractors (as and when required)Active to have good 5S housekeeping standard in maintenance departmentEnsure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the companyCarry out other reasonable requests made by the line manager to support departmental or company objectivesEnsure compliance with the Company\’s policies including Health & SafetyFinancial Recovery & Compliance

Brand Marketing
Implement marketing initiatives to support the brand’s objectivesSupport in marketing and brand planning processEnsure marketing activities are aligned with the agreed brand positioning strategyFacilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and external partners (e.g., agencies)Assist in managing marketing budget for the brand, track Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure spending stays within the allocated budgetProduce and maintain various marketing reports (daily, weekly and monthly) as requiredMaintain accurate record of marketing reports and expensesAssist in analyzing marketing reports and provide insights to line manager and the team under guidanceSupport the planning and execution of marketing events, including coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and assisting with on-site setup and operations as neededTake ownership of assigned responsibility and support ad-hoc tasks as directed by line manager and / or ManagementChannel Marketing

Contract Management
On-Trade Contract Management
Responsible for preparation of On-Trade contracts upon customer acceptance of Business Proposal, and ensure that relevant supporting documents of business entities are in place, in accordance to company control frameworkAct as finance business partners to commercial team on contract related queries and issues, with problem solving mindsetEnsure timely and accurate rebate vouchers issuance to customers, in accordance to company\’s policies and proceduresMaintain complete digital database of customer contracts and relevant supporting in Contract Management System (CMS)Participate and contribute in process improvement initiatives relating to contract managementAssist in yearly audit with external auditorsTo assist in executing auditors\’ audit plan, by providing relevant supporting documentsCMS Support
Perform reconciliation of CMS discount accruals vs balance sheet balance in ERP on a monthly basisEnsure monthly discount accruals in CMS are completed timely, accurately and in accordance with Company\’s policies and proceduresFinance business partner to commercial team for any queries relating to CMSNote : Should you not receive any reply from us within two (2) months from your application / submission, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
