Manager, Marketing & Communications (Data Governance & Management Analyst)

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analytics tasks within Data Governance and Management, including data marts, extraction scripts, and feature engineering.
  • Provide analytical insights for Management, Marketing, Data Governance Research, and Middle Office.
  • Execute data analytics projects and research to provide actionable insights for management decision‑making.
  • Enabler team member to develop and identify new data sources, create use cases, and publish analytics content.
  • Productionize and automate feature engineering efforts in machine learning pipelines to ensure robust prediction models over time.
  • Maintain, review, and improve upon data marts and extraction scripts to create production efficiencies.
  • Assist in identifying, designing documentation, and maintaining required structure, resources, and responsible activities for ongoing Data Governance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Actuarial studies, Banking / Finance / Economics, Business, Mathematics / Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in SQL, SAS Programming, or any data warehouse tools.
  • Good knowledge in data visualization tools like Tableau or Python.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly numerate, and proactive.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Coding skill in SQL, SAS, or Python.
