About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic property development company, BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd, as a Marketing Executive. Based in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications efforts. As a full-time position, this role is integral to the organisation's strategic goals and growth.

What you'll be doing

Ensures all invoices, expenses are tracked, recorded and reflected according to the Marketing / A&P Plan for all the projects
Response to all sales inquiries inclusind walk-ins, call-in, referrals, and online inquiries on sosial media to qualified potential purchaser / s.
To provide information and liaise with agent / s to market our property in local or overseas.
Presenting and sourcing new leads for our properties or signature offices to potential client / s or tenant and arranging site visits with project department.
To conduct market research on competitiors' and industry trends.
To apply for advertising permits and developer's license for new projects and renewals for existing projects.
Organizing and overseeing advertising / communication campaigns (social media, newspaper, OOH media, etc)
Collaborating and liasing with 4a's Agency, vendors and suppliers to work on all Marketing strategy or program.
To organize and oversee roadshows, launches, private events for all the projects.
Monitoring all marketing materials ans stock check on brochure, leaflet, folder, images and etc.
Any other duties / jobs assigned by the Management from time to time.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the property or real estate industry

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Proficient in digital marketing, including social media management and web content creation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and think strategically

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
