If you are a passionate, proactive and resilience person with a demonstrated experience of minimum five (5) years in FMCG business development, we want to talk to you. We are looking for customer-oriented Key Account Manager who is responsible to develop 3C plan in terms of Commercial, Category, and Customer within the assigned pharmacy account. You'd be responsible for ensuring the profitable growth of Bright Diva's sales and market share of key brands through proper business planning and execution excellence.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Ensure annual sales targets by value and volume for assigned accounts are achieved as per agreed annual targets.
- Develop sales strategy and increase numeric & weightage distribution.
- Drive new product ranging and continually improve the performance of existing products by effective promotional strategies & SKU rationalization review.
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly sales forecasting of brands with each account and propose on action plan on the clearance of slow-moving products.
- Manage a team of merchandizer in routing stock check, including routes, customer visits, stock health and stocks gaps
- Good in negotiation in trading contracts and maintaining effective long-term relationship with customers.
- Proven in strong analytical thinking, create impactful selling stories to tailor specific in store activities to maximize growth.
- Setting, monitoring and controlling revenue and trade spend to meet monthly / annual budget, P&L, business KPIs.
- Have sense of trade & marketing in supporting on 360 business development of brand plans and strategy
- Work closely with internal teams in relation to managing related other functions which helps efficiently run the business.
- Ensuring the orders are secured and delivered on time and work with cross functional teams to meet customer and business requirements.
- Field Visits : Undertake regular field visits to monitor stock levels and displays, build positive relationships at the store level, and observe consumer responses and purchase patterns
Previous Experience, Qualifications and Technical Skills
Minimum 5 years Sales experience in FMCG, experience in Health & Beauty category would be advantageous.Strong understanding of retail landscape and pharmacies channel.Proven ability to range new products in retail chain, trade marketing activities and retailer relationship.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishBachelor of Commerce / Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.Mandarin speaking candidates preferableCompetencies (personal and attitudinal skills)

Interpersonal savvy – ability to establish rapport at all levels and build constructive and effective relationships.Sales, Negotiation and Conflict Management - negotiates skilfully in tough situations and settles disputes.Lead and challenge the customer with new insights and perspectives, anticipate potential commercial risk issues and proactively provide options for resolution.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.Salary approximately : RM 8,000- RM 10,000 plus bonus depending on experience
