About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Pandamaran, Selangor, and will involve building strong relationships with our valued customers and driving sales growth for our innovative cosmeceutical products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with potential clients
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts to maximise sales and revenue
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive brand experience
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieving individual and team sales targets consistently
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 1 years' experience in pharmacy or FMCG key account salesStrong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages / dialects are an advantage)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointHighly organised, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build strong business relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
