Automation Technician

Responsibilities

Conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on automated production machinery, equipment and fixtures. Conduct troubleshooting for automated production machinery, including robotic systems, pneumatic systems and electro / mechanical systems. Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and integration of various components within the automated system. Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure that the automation systems operate correctly and meet performance expectations. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. Perform repairs and adjustments to restore equipment to proper working order. Perform equipment moves and setups. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or related studies. At least 1-2 years of experience in the mechatronics, automation, or manufacturing industry. Familiar with automated / robotic industrial machines / equipment. Possess strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, vision system, PLC and electronic systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in plastic injection moulding is an added advantage. Fresh graduates in Mechatronics are welcome to apply.
