- Manage Lot On hold, perform risk assessment, initiate root cause investigation and provide on-time disposition.
- Initiate continuous improvement which includes Process standardization, Process simplification, cost savings projects
- Involved in Site transfers activities, New tester / probers qualification
- Initiate problem solving and trouble-shooting on Trim processes as to reduce production related problems and delays
- Owner of operating procedure documentation are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement.
- Liaise with cross functional teams (Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Maintenance, Planning, QA, Facility) to ensure all processes and procedures for Trim & Probe is documented and executed.
Requirement :
Bachelor degree in EE / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Material Science or equivalent experience.Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment.
