What will you be engaged in?

As our new

Risk Operation Analyst,

you will be in charge of ……..

  • Conduct investigation on users using existing investigation models to identify fraud and mitigate risk within the company operations.
  • Conduct routine and targeted user clean ups to update risk levels, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects user activity.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to support risk management initiatives, identify patterns, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Handle Risk Review escalations internally or externally by doing in-depth analysis and providing recommendations and solutions
  • Manage and respond to emails from blocked users, providing concise and effective communication while upholding trust and safety standards.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed, support other Lines of Business (LOB) as needed, and engage in cross-functional activities.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations or other designated projects assigned by department management.

  • Experience in investigation and risk assessments. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SQL and using Superset is a plus
