Job descriptionAttrition and retention trends Internal movement and mobility Overtime and productivity costs Headcount and workforce demographics Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in HR data to support strategic initiatives Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and cost management Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field Proven experience at least 2 - 4 years in HR analytics, workforce planning, or data analysis Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is a plus Solid understanding of HR metrics and financial implications of workforce decisions Experience in predictive modelling, labor cost modelling, HR budgeting or workforce forecasting is an advantage Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
Specialist, HR Data & Human Capital Analytics
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data & Human Capital Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for analysing and interpreting HR-related data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, human capital costs, attrition, employee movement, overtime costs, and other key HR metrics. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making and help optimize workforce planning and HR operations.
