Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service in freight forwarding / logistics .
- Familiar with ocean, air, and land freight pricing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools and advanced Excel .
- High proficiency in English. Mandarin is added advantage
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing clients, preparing quotations, and following up on business opportunities.Draft commercial proposals and liaise with global agents and clients.Coordinate with Pricing and Procurement teams to offer competitive, tailored solutions.Maintain and update customer databases, rate sheets, and agreements.Follow up on leads and help convert them into sales.Analyze market trends and generate strategic insights.Assist with document handling and performance reporting.Benefits
