We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to support our expanding portfolio of Hong Kong clients.

This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively liaise with clients across the Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for Hong Kong clients in accordance with HKFRS.
• Manage and maintain clients financial records using Xero and other cloud-based accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements using Excel, Xero, QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Support internal finance operations such as client invoicing, cash flow forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with clients and team members on various accounting projects, automation initiatives, and process improvement activities to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize cloud-based HR systems to manage clients employee records and support HR-related functions.
• Provide supervision and review of junior staff tasks, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines.
