Job Description
- Quote & Debit review in Quoting system
- Standard order management including expedites / pull ins / cancellation / push outs.
- Support Customer's RMA & other RMA related FA support.
- Support review of account booking / backlog / billing with Sales.
- Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample tracking for Distributors, customer questionnaires & other EHS / technical matters.
- Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with Distributors / customers.
- Renesas contact for Distributors and Sales for any other topics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field. With a minimum of 3 years related experience in the field of Customer Operations or Support and / or Inside Sales (semiconductor field).Customer Service process knowledge, passionate in delighting customers by rendering excellent supportKnowledge of Order management system, Eg : SAP, Model N, Oracle.Fluent in English & Chinese in both oral and written. Japanese language is a plusMust possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Excel proficiencyCompany Description
