Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant - Retail to join our team at Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. This is a full-time position within our vibrant Retail division, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all our customers
  • Assisting with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organised retail environment
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of store processes and procedures
  • Participating in staff training and development programs

Qualifications / What we\'re looking for

  • Fresh graduates who are eager to grow and build a career in the industry
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with customers from all walks of life
  • A passion for excellent customer service and solid product knowledge
  • Team players who enjoy working together to achieve common goals
