Requirements
To be successful in this role, you would require : ( Job requirements ) :
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or with one year working experience.
Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese) will be added advantage.
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Responsive, self-motivated, committed and sales driven.
Posses own transport and willing to travel.
This position will be based at northern area Peninsular Malaysia .
Responsibilities
You will play an important role in : ( Job Scopes / Responsibilities ) :
Provide routine medical device checking / troubleshooting on sites.
Assist to solve customer's device breakdown due to application issue.
Provide refresh user training if needed.
Back up key accounts and maintain their satisfaction to our company's service.
Manage and forecast inventory to ensure smooth operation.
