HR Framework & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HR policies, employee handbook, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Act as the point of contact for audits (e.g. Safety Officer audit, regulatory compliance).
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.Manage payroll processing using UBS (with potential migration to Autocount), ensuring accuracy in statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).Handle HR administration such as employee records, contracts, and HRIS / data management.Performance Management & Engagement
Design and implement the annual performance appraisal framework (to be conducted every December).Support managers in setting KPIs, providing feedback, and developing staff performance.Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Strategic HR Initiatives
