Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support, hardware / software troubleshooting, and end-user computing.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10 / 11), Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
Experience in hardware maintenance (laptops, desktops, printers).
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) is an added advantage.
