Overview

Hiring for Mandarin, Korean and Japanese Speakers in Malaysia || Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mindpec

Position

Account Receivable - Korean Speaker (Local Malaysians only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily bank statements and apply payments to invoices
  • Resolve unapplied / unidentified payments and respond to queries
  • Maintain trackers for payments and customer data
  • Set up / update customer accounts and follow up on discrepancies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support month / year-end close
  • Contribute to process improvements and meet performance targets
  • Work Mode : On-site only (no hybrid)
  • Location : Sutherland Office, Level 1, Avenue 5, Tower 6, Bangsar South (Touch ‘n Go Building)
  • Working Hours : 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM
  • Days : Monday to Friday

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Korean

  • Salary range : MYR 2,300.00 – MYR 3,300.00 (as listed nearby)
