Requirements
Minimum Requirement SPM
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Food Preparation
Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
Kitchen Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and follow SOP.
Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
Health & Safety Compliance
Follow all health and hygiene standards.
Wear proper kitchen attire and safety gear.
Assist in maintaining temperature logs and cleaning schedules.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other team members.
Be flexible and assist in any duties as assigned by management.
