Senior 3D Designer

What you'll be doing… Develop creative and practical 3D design concepts, visualizations, and renderings for events, activations, exhibitions, and virtual experiences Translate creative briefs into production-ready designs with clear structure, scale, and material detailing Recommend production materials, lighting setups, and space layouts to best bring ideas to life Stay updated on design and technology trends, incorporating fresh, relevant ideas into every project Collaborate with internal teams including creative, production, and client servicing to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion Ensure design feasibility by balancing creativity, production practicality, and budget What we’re looking for… Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within an event, exhibition, or creative agency environment Proficient in 3D design software (3ds Max) and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray) Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and technical drawing software is a plus Strong spatial design sense with an eye for detail and aesthetics Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team Tertiary qualification in design, architecture, multimedia, or related fields (or equivalent hands-on experience) Passionate about design, with a curious mind and eagerness to push creative boundaries
