Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Johor Bahru for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and budgeting, analyze company financial performance, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders. The role also involves managing company accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Additionally, this position will require you to collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding and strengthening the company's financial position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards
• Experience in cost management, forecasting, and financial risk assessment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced proficiency with financial tools, accounting software, and spreadsheets
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred
• Work experience in manufacturing or similar industries is advantageous
