Business Development Director - Automotive After Sales

Our Client :
We have recently partnered with a US MNC company that is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and selling a wide range of products and solutions for the vehicle service industry. The company is expanding its Southeast Asia footprint and is currently looking for a Business Development Director to drive strategic growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a 3‑year strategic plan to gain market share in SEA.
- Establish and grow the customer and distribution network to increase market share.
- Partner closely with the global supply chain and operations team to ensure customers and distributors receive a quality product on time.
- Personally develop high‑level contacts with customers and key accounts in SEA.
- Understand all pricing practices, discount procedures and their impact on profitability by product.
- Be responsible for service, parts and dealer development.
- Promote and execute marketing plans, sales tools, new products and other company programs to corresponding channels and / or users.
- Partner with the global team to conduct customer and distributor product training.
- Coordinate technical sales support for the SEA market.
Requirements :
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the automotive after‑sales segment.Proven track record of developing, implementing and achieving sustainable growth.Experience in service, parts and dealer development.Self‑motivated work ethic with a strong sense of urgency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent leadership skills, specifically building teams and motivating employees.Ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.How to Apply :
