Experience : 1–3 years in social media, digital marketing, or online community management. Agency experience is a strong plus.
Strong Writing Skills : Sharp written communication, a good instinct for brand tone, and quick response skills.
Tools : Familiar with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
Digital-First Mindset : Proactive, detail-oriented, and plugged into digital culture and platform trends.
Multitasker : Able to manage multiple brand voices across different channels at once.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do :
Connect with Audiences : Engage with followers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more — responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags.
Keep the Brand Voice On Point : Use the right tone, language, and timing for each brand and platform.
Moderate Conversations : Monitor and manage conversations to keep communities safe, respectful, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Track Insights : Report on engagement trends, audience sentiment, and community growth.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with teams to optimize engagement strategies.
Stay Trend-Savvy : Spot opportunities for real-time engagement, emerging trends, and relevant conversations.
