Job description

Key Responsibilities : Business Development & Marketing Manager.

Business Development & Expansion

Lead the identification and execution of growth opportunities including outlet expansion, franchising, catering, partnerships, and new market entry (Singapore, Indonesia, etc.).

  • Conduct feasibility studies, competitive research, and market assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Build strong B2B relationships with mall operators, franchise prospects, partners, event organizers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to drive seamless execution of expansion plans.

Craft compelling business proposals and decks for investors, landlords, and partners.

Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that reflect Rollti's bold, fun, and culturally-rooted identity.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms — social media, packaging, physical outlets, merchandise, and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, festive activations, and collaborations that generate buzz and increase footfall.
  • Be the custodian of Rollti's voice, narrative, and customer experience at every touchpoint.

    Social Media & Digital Domination

    Own and lead the social media strategy across all platforms — especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.

  • Strategize, plan, and oversee daily content production with the in-house marketing team (content creators, designers, and editors).
  • Create campaigns that are viral-worthy, culturally relevant, and visually engaging — from trends to memes to BTS kitchen moments.
  • Manage paid ads and performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and influencer platforms — optimized for ROI and footfall.
  • Work closely with influencers, creators, and food bloggers to drive authentic collaborations that align with Rollti's brand.
  • Continuously monitor and report analytics (traffic, conversions, engagement, cost-per result), applying insights to enhance performance.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns, social boosts, geo-targeted ads, and performance marketing budgets.
  • Position Rollti as a leading voice in food culture online — driving buzz, relevance, and constant customer touchpoints.

    Driving Outlet Traffic & Customer Engagement

    Strategize and execute campaigns aimed at driving consistent, high-volume footfall to all Rollti outlets.

  • Lead geo-targeted digital activations, promotional offers, food delivery partnerships, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Support outlet openings and pop-ups with full-funnel launch campaigns (pre-launch, media, post-launch momentum).
  • Partner with outlet managers to tailor on-ground marketing strategies for different locations based on performance, events, and local demographics.
  • Maintain synergy between the physical and digital presence of the brand.
  • Use digital-to-retail funnels to turn online engagement into real-world visits, increasing sales per outlet.

    Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Lead and mentor the entire marketing and business development team, including assistant managers, designers, content creators, and digital marketers.

  • Set KPIs and performance goals aligned with company vision and outlet targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with accountability, creativity, and adaptability at its core.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth execution of marketing and expansion plans.

    Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Own and manage the marketing and business development budget effectively—maximizing returns on campaigns and partnerships.

  • Prepare monthly reports, performance reviews, and insight-driven recommendations to the Directors and executive team.
  • Deliver regular strategic reports and presentations to the Directors on business growth, digital performance, outlet analytics, and market trends.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry insights, consumer behavior shifts, competitor strategies, and technology trends to future-proof Rollti's position.
