About the role

As HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing and developing our diverse team, fostering a positive work culture, overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You are someone who isn't afraid to take charge, speak their mind, and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding,
• performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring all functions are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall mission and vision.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard the best and brightest candidates and interns.
• Initiate and implement University Partnerships.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs that will help our employees grow beyond where they are, with increased confidence in executing their tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture within our team based  in Malaysia.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across the organization, including company- wide announcements and regular check-ins.
• Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.
• Work with senior management to develop and implement compensation and  benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Keep up-to-date with Malaysia Labor laws, HR laws and regulations, and make sure  the company is in compliance at all times.
