Job description

Job Description :

  • Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and collect accurate vehicle details.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns, securing approval for additional work, and providing clear explanations of repair orders.
  • Prepare accurate cost and time estimates; assist in finalizing customer accounts.
  • Ensure vehicles are completed and ready for delivery within the committed timeframe.
  • Conduct quality checks on all vehicles before handover to maintain repair standards.
  • Participate in special service campaigns, Fix-It-Right programs, follow-ups, managing parts backorders, and providing updates on major repairs.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management or immediate superior.

Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification : SKM II or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive learning attitude.
  • Must possess own transportation and a valid Class "D" driving license.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to commute daily to the workplace in Semenyih.

    Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
