Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Goal‑driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluency in English and additional language knowledge is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.
Manage technical SEO aspects, including site audits, crawl analysis, and site speed improvements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance and ranking changes using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
Create, manage, and optimize pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
Conduct A / B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and keyword performance.
Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and refine campaigns to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
Report on SEM performance, including CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
Use analytics platforms to track website and campaign performance.
Develop monthly / quarterly reports on SEO and SEM KPIs and present findings to management.
