About the Role

Manager, Clients – responsible for managing client relationships and end‑to‑end campaign execution across all media channels. The role is a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, translating business goals into effective advertising strategies and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.

About the WPP Media Clients Team

This business unit serves growth‑led clients that require agile teams and fast turnaround operations. The team works cross‑functionally across the entire campaign lifecycle : client engagement, strategic planning and campaign management.

Reporting

The role reports to the Client Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship & Servicing : Proactively communicate with clients, manage expectations and provide updates on performance and new opportunities.
  • Strategic Insight : Understand client businesses, target audiences and competitive landscapes to develop media plans across all channels.
  • Campaign Management : Use GroupM workflow tools to manage requirements, allocate resources, launch campaigns, and optimise performance.
  • Budget Control : Track spending and ensure optimal ROI.
  • Team Collaboration : Mentor junior team members and support the training and development of the Client team.
  • Reporting & Optimization : Generate regular performance reports, conduct A / B testing, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Skill Sets

  • Independent and collaborative work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with major advertising channels across digital and non‑digital media.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Data‑driven problem‑solving and optimisation mindset.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
