Job descriptionSupervise site operations to meet project deadlines in accordance with the project schedule, layouts, drawings, and specifications provided by the project manager. Be responsible for coordination of all site matters and activities on the construction site. Ensure all testing is completed and defects are resolved. Carry out inspections and submit forms at various stages of work. Report site progress to the Project Manager. Liaise with the main contractors, Clerk of Work, and other M&E contractors. EPF, SOCSO, EIS Annual leave Medical claim Bonus Increment
Requirements
- An PW4 Certificate with working experience in construction field.
- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Working location in Klang Valley.
- Valid driving license with own transportation.
- Computer literate.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
