Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements, including tax, financial statements preparation, audits, and company secretarial filings of multiple legal entities
- Supervise the financial operations including accounting, reporting and cash flow management in multiple countries to ensure internal control and compliance are followed
- Work with the Area Finance team and Church department managers to implement and maintain internal and external policies and procedures with proper internal controls
- Supervise team of accountants, manage selection, performance, and discipline issues
- Lead teams that include third-party professionals (such as staff from CPA firms and banks), Church employees, and volunteers to ensure the quality of the work and the level of services are maintained
- Train Church employees, volunteers, and leaders to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations
- Undertake ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceSix years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditingRequired languages : Proficiency in English is required, and Thai language is a highly preferred skill.Strong communication skills (writing and speaking)Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles and up-to-date knowledge of international accounting standardsInternational business experience with global and cultural awarenessVery skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and maximize the potential of other software applicationsPreferred : CPA or internationally recognized accounting professional bodyKey Behaviors
