OUTLET MANAGER (KUANTAN, PAHANG)

About the role

This is a full-time role as an Outlet Manager in the Kuantan, Pahang region for NBRAND (M) SDN. BHD., a leading retail and consumer products company. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct staff performance assessment process.
• Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.
• Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements by consulting and advice from the management.
• Implement loss / risk prevention.
• Lead team to implement change.
• Manage and implement business / operations continuity plans.
• Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
• Manage cost and quality controls in terms of menu presentation on end to the customer.
• Manage crisis situations. This will require reference to top management for the final decision for next step action.
• Manage food and beverage operations based on the SOP provided in every outlet of incharge.
• Manage guest service. Ensure the service is up to the standard of company policy.
• Manage outlet and equipment maintenance.
• Manage the customer experience.
• Manage training for new joiner staff and guide them to keep up the standard of services.
• Monitor income and expenses for every outlet in charge.
• Optimize workforce for service excellence.
• Updating cash audit book and daily report as per company requirements.
• Responsible for cash deposit as per company requirements and regulation.
• Responsible for customer complaints regarding food, beverages and services.
