Recruitment Advisor Team Lead at Reeracoen | Hunting for Talents

Job Summary

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords for on-page and off-page optimization.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic to the website.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-optimized content that aligns with business goals.

On-Page Optimization

Optimize website content, metadata, images, and internal linking to improve rankings.

Conduct SEO audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and improvement areas.

Ensure that content and structure adhere to SEO best practices, such as keyword density, alt tags, headings, and URL structures.

Off-Page Optimization

Build and maintain a strong backlink profile to improve domain authority.

Monitor and engage in link-building opportunities, guest posting, and outreach efforts.

Analytics and Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar to monitor website performance.

Create and present reports that highlight key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, bounce rate, and conversions.

Track KPIs and adjust SEO strategies based on performance insights.

Required Experience

At least 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms.

Strong SEO / SEM skills and experience with CMS tools.

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
