Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in professional email marketing (not just corporate or internal emails).Proven track record in driving product sales or lead generation through email campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Skilled in using customer data and segmentation to build dynamic, personalized email sequences.Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact and other marketing automation tools.Familiarity with HTML / CSS for email formatting is a plus.Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced marketing environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience in education, online courses, or digital products is an added advantage.Responsibilities
Responsibility
Plan, develop, and execute performance-based email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, especially our flagship courses.Create engaging and compelling email content targeting Mandarin speakers using storytelling techniques to engage leads and convert them into paying customers.Translate complex course information into digestible, value-driven messages that align with customer interests and needs.Segment and manage email lists using customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to enable accurate targeting and personalization.Design multi-step automation workflows triggered by user actions (e.g., opens, clicks, purchases, inactivity) to support customer journey progression.Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates compatible across devices and browsers.Conduct A / B testing and apply data-driven insights to improve subject lines, content, send times, and overall campaign performance.Track and report key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribed rates and ROI) and use insights to improve campaign performance.Leverage tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or HubSpot to manage, schedule, and automate campaigns at scale.Ensure full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and email deliverability best practices.Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Support weekend or after-hours campaign launches, or online preview events as needed.Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and marketing objectives.Benefits
