Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Group Finance Manager is based in Greater Johor Bahru, with flexibility for remote work and requirement of on-site work in Singapore. The Group Finance Manager will oversee the financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing audits, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing financial controls. This role also involves liaising with stakeholders to support strategic financial decision-making and optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance, Audit Processes, and Financial Reporting Standards
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, Financial Systems, and Data Analysis tools
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
• Leadership abilities, Team Management skills, and Cross-Functional Collaboration experience
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly advantageous
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in finance roles within AI technology or defense-related industries is a plus
