Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in daily accounting operations and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform data entry into SQL accounting system and generate financial reports.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, AP / AR, and month-end closing activities.
  • Support the finance team in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and other related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when necessary.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department.
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as required by the management.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping standards.
  • Proficient in SQL accounting software (or willing to learn quickly).
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in handling numbers and data.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
