Job Description
1. Schedule, prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes
2. Compile reports
3. Answer phone calls and messages
4. Create presentation on request of Director using Microsoft Powerpoint
5. Create write ups for public announcement purposes
6. Manage calendar
7. Run errands for Director
8. Travel to KL for meetings at HQ.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience as PA or Secretary
2. Diploma or Degree in Business / Mass Communication
3. Well versed in both English and Chinese language, written and spoken
